FAQ
Are your parts original?
No. Every MadeLikeOld part is a reproduction made to match the original in size and shape. Each listing is clearly marked as a repro or a custom piece.
Will it fit my toy?
Each listing names the toy and year it is made to fit. Vintage toys vary with age and wear, so a part may occasionally need light sanding or adjustment. If a part does not fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Is the toy or figure included?
No. You receive the part or parts shown. Figures, vehicles and playsets in the photos are there for reference only, unless the listing says otherwise.
What are the parts made from?
Our parts are 3D printed or resin cast from originals we have scanned or modeled. Many parts are offered in more than one color, which you can choose on the product page.
How fast do you ship?
US orders ship within 4 business days. US shipping is free on orders over $14.99. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship within 4 business days, plus up to 1 extra day for customs paperwork. Some international orders are made by one of our partner manufacturers close to you, which lowers shipping cost and avoids most customs delays. Those orders usually arrive within 15 days. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We usually send a free replacement or a refund, and you do not need to send the part back. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can you make a part you don't list?
Often, yes. Send us a photo of the toy and the missing part and we will let you know if we can make it.
Are these safe for kids?
Our parts are collector items, not toys for young children. Many are small and can be a choking hazard. Keep away from children under 14.
Are you affiliated with Kenner, Hasbro, Mattel or Lucasfilm?
No. Brand and toy names are used only to describe which toys our parts fit.
