Refund & Replacement Policy

We want to you to love what you receive. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Due to the nature of our parts and rising postage costs, we typically don't require returns. Instead, we offer free replacement orders or refunds at our discretion. 

To be eligible, please provide your order number, a brief description, and any possible photos. We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of excessive or abusive claims. 

For international customers, we handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find the best solution.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong part. We’ll evaluate the issue and do everything we can to make it right—whether that means a refund, replacement, or another resolution.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund for the item you have and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it—in original packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and assessed your claim, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
