Processing Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: All items ship within 4 business days of purchase.

  • International Orders: All international orders not using the Partner with Local Manufacturer option also ship within 4 business days, but an additional day of handling time may be needed to prepare for customs. 

  • Partner-Fulfilled Orders: Some international orders are fulfilled through our “Partner with Local Manufacturer” program, where items are made on demand by one of our trusted international production partners located as close to the customer as possible. These orders typically enter production within two business days and are shipped within eight. Most are delivered within 15 days of purchase, though delivery times can vary slightly depending on location and local carrier services. This model helps reduce shipping costs, avoid customs delays, and still ensures the same level of quality and care.
