By visiting madelikeold.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store runs on Shopify. 1. Reproduction Parts and Trademarks MadeLikeOld makes reproduction replacement parts, accessories and display pieces for vintage and modern toys. Our products are not original parts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by Hasbro, Kenner, Mattel, Lucasfilm, Disney, DC, Marvel or any other toy maker or brand owner. Brand, character and toy line names are used only to describe which toys our parts are made to fit. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. 2. Fit and Use Our parts are made to match the size and shape of the originals, but vintage toys vary in condition and age, so some parts may need light sanding or adjustment to fit. Product photos may show parts on original toys for reference; the toy is not included unless the listing says so. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person. 3. Not for Young Children Our products are collector items, not toys for young children. Many parts are small and may be a choking hazard. Keep away from children under 14. 4. Orders and Pricing Prices may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be for resale or that contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. You agree to give us accurate contact, billing and shipping information. 5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds Shipping times, rates and our international partner program are described in our Shipping Policy. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. 6. Custom Orders Custom work is quoted case by case. Because custom items are made to your request, they may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. 7. Digital Files Digital 3D files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or sell items printed from them, without our written permission. Because digital files are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once downloaded. 8. Reviews, Photos and Submissions When you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and give us permission to display and use it on our website, social media and marketing without payment. We may remove submissions at our discretion. 9. Use of the Site You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy its content, or to submit false information. Our product photos, descriptions and designs belong to MadeLikeOld and may not be copied without permission. 10. Third Party Services The site may use or link to third party tools and websites, such as payment processors and review apps. We are not responsible for their content or practices. 11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Except as stated in our Refund Policy, products and the site are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, MadeLikeOld is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products, including damage to toys during installation or modification. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. 12. Indemnification You agree to hold MadeLikeOld harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products. 13. Changes We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new Terms. 14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Porter County, Indiana. 15.
